You can basically use the website of Einfach Genial gGmbH for informational purposes without disclosing your personal data. When you access our website, only information that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person is collected.  Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us when contacting us, e.g. B. when filling out a contact form or when booking a workshop. We use the data collected in the contact form exclusively to process your request. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR and our legitimate interest in answering your request. Insofar as the processing of the data is necessary for the conclusion of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR serves as the permit standard for data processing. The legal basis for processing the data if the user has given his consent is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit.
Disclosure of personal data to third parties: 
We only pass on your data if you have given us your express consent to do so. Your data will only be passed on to third parties without your express consent if there is a legal obligation to do so.

You can request a confirmation from Einfach Genial gGmbH as to whether personal data relating to you is being processed by us. We provide you with information about: the purposes or categories of personal data that are processed.
The existence of a right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing by the person responsible or a right to object to this processing.
The existence of a right of appeal to a supervisory authority. You also have the right to request information as to whether the personal data concerning you is being transmitted to a third country or to an international organization. You can also request to be informed of the appropriate guarantees pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR in connection with the transmission.

You have the right to immediate correction and/or completion if the processed personal data concerning you is incorrect or incomplete. 

• Right to restriction of processing Art.18 DSGVO

You can request the restriction of processing under the following conditions: if you dispute the accuracy of the personal data concerning you for a period of time that enables us to check the accuracy of the personal data; the processing is unlawful and you refuse to delete the personal data and instead request that the use of the personal data be restricted.
EinfachGenial gGmbH no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you need them to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or if you have lodged an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 Para. 1 DSGVO and not yet it is clear whether the legitimate reasons for Einfach Genial gGmbH outweigh your reasons.

• Right to Erasure Art. 17 DSGVO

If the requirements of Art. 17 Para. 1 GDPR are met, you can demand that the data concerning you be deleted immediately. However, this right does not exist if the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

 

• Right to information Art. 19 DSVGO

If you have asserted the right to correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of the Einfach Genial gGmbH, the latter is obliged to inform all recipients to whom the personal data concerning you have been disclosed of this correction or deletion of the data or restriction of the processing, unless because this proves to be impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. You have the right to be informed about these recipients.

Duration of storage of personal data
Collected data will be stored for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the contract. The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. Otherwise, the duration of the storage of personal data is based on statutory retention periods (e.g. retention periods under tax law). After the relevant periods have expired, the data used will be deleted.
